Each package includes a 1-hour fitness assessment (conducted on the first visit) to gather baseline information and to develop a progressive training program specific to each client needs. Price does not include travel for in-home service requests.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Small group classes offer a fun and affordable fitness experience that delivers results while helping clients move more effectively, effortlessly and efficiently. Classes are available on-site and in-home (as request). Book a class today!

NUTRITION COUNSELING

Whether you are interested in weight management, improved sport performance, or want to be a healthier version of yourself, our nutrition services are customized to meet your needs. All programs begin with an initial consultation to assess your current eating patterns, demands of your training/exercise program, desired performance goals, and specific nutrition, medical and diet history. Clients are also educated on how to live a healthier lifestyle with cooking instruction, recipe modification, menu planning, and individualized meal plans to fit their busy schedule (upon request and at a separate cost).

Follow-up sessions are not required with any nutrition program, however, they are highly recommended to provide further development and support. Sessions are flexible and can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or as needed.

FITNESS ASSESSMENTS

Fitness assessments include a series of measurements that aid in determining the clients physical fitness level. Each assessment is performed in a simple, safe, and standardized approach to assessing the major components of fitness in apparently healthy individuals. Such measurements include blood pressure, aerobic fitness, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. Pricing does not include travel for in-home service requests.
